Let me start out by saying that TICA has been part of our family for the majority of our lives. Our children all grew up with lots of memories of show halls and organizing shows. I have to admit that the achievements as far as breeding and showing go were driven by Amy, the love of my life. She was just advanced to Provisional Allbreed Judge. I'm only registered owner of two cats - but I do take credit for always doing whatever it takes to make things happen (whether it is the day-to-day of cleaning litter boxes or agenting 10 cats by myself at a breed congress because the club needed her as a clerk).
The breeding and showing achievements are definitely mainly Amy's accomplishments - but I was always there - even if my name wasn't on the documentation 😉
